Pokémon Casual Play (Friday)

Our Pokémon TCG Casual Play & Trade happens on the First Sunday of every month between 11:00 and 17:00!

We also have a fortnightly Friday evening Casual Play that runs between 18:00 and 21:00. Check the booking form for the next available Friday Casual Play!!

Our Casual Play events are the perfect opportunity to test out new decks, and even to learn the game! Veterans of Pokémon TCG and Newbies alike are all welcome!!!

Bring your decks, select your Pokémon and battle other keen trainers – because we all want to be the best, like no one ever was! Book up today to secure your place (places will be limited), there is a charge of £6 per person for Casual Play.

The main aim of Casual Play & Trade event is to let people play Pokémon TCG with other like minded people, with the scope of a little trading. If you wish just to attend the event and just Trade that’s not a problem but please respect the people who have come to play, not everyone wants to Trade.

On our monthly Sunday session we encourage our Junior Players (ages 10 and below) to attend the event between 11:00 and 13:00 where that time will be dedicated to people new to the game and still learning. After 13:00 we will step it up with the Senior (ages 11 -14) and Masters (ages 15 +) – however all ages are welcome during the day!

Feel free to book in and attend one of our ‘Casual Play‘ events, where we will be able to show you the basics – and don’t worry if you don’t have a deck we have a couple of starter decks we can use to show you the game!! Walk-ins will NOT be accepted for this event and bookings should be made at least 12 hours in advance of the event

Only Food & Drink purchased at Planet JJs can be consumed on the premises (excluding BYOB – corkage fee applies)

Children aged 13 and under need to be accompanied by an adult
